Ghislain and Hughes Dalle, founders of the first Outlet centre in France, “L’Usine”, decide to set up Qualimetrie to measure customer reception in the 80 stores based at the shopping centre.

Jean-François Lepoutre joins the company to develop it nationally with the signing of 30 brands and the opening of the Madrid office.
Qualimetrie, focussed on measuring and activities, decided to follow the brands in their international development.
Qualimetrie enters a phase of diversification in terms of its services and client sectors. Major contracts are signed with car manufacturers and this becomes the company’s primary sector of activity.
Diversifying its reports service, particularly into consumer surveys, opens the doors to BtoB.
The company’s activity develops internationally with a network of partners in Europe and Asia. New products are added to offer Qualimetrie’s clients a complete customer experience vision. Turnover doubles in 5 years.
Qualimetrie experiences huge growth.
The company is taken over by Emeric Bayart backed by Re-Sources Capital.
Kheolia, the research company specialising in leisure and tourism is acquired by the group in 2018.
Qualimetrie expands its presence and proximity to customers by opening offices in Paris and Barcelona.
